Traction Access aims to support Indigenous peoples and newcomers to Canada access in-demand Salesforce skills and employment opportunities. By participating in this three-week course, you’ll learn from Traction on Demand’s experts, receive skill-based credentials to highlight your Salesforce knowledge and accelerate your professional development.

What is Salesforce?

Salesforce is an online customer relationship management solution (or CRM). It enables organizations to operate more efficiently, so they have more time to focus on the things that matter. Salesforce expects to create 4.2 million jobs by 2024, and the demand for specialized talent is high. They types of jobs vary greatly, too
— from coding to marketing to analytics.

Course requirements.

We want our training to be as accessible as possible. We only have a few requirements, to help ensure you get the most from the course. You need to:

  • Be 18 years or over
  • Be able to commit to three weeks of daily training from 9.30 a.m. – 3.30 p.m. PST, and one day of course preparation prior to the course.
  • Have attained English CLB +5 or higher.
  • Have basic to intermediate computer skills. (You can surf the internet, manage an email account, install apps and upload and download files.)
  • Have an interest in technology and want to advance you career by learning the world’s leading CRM platform, Salesforce. (Prior knowledge of the platform isn’t necessary, just a bonus.)
