The Queen’s University Faculty of Education was in need of a way to maintain relationships with current, past, and future students, in a way that integrated across several business units. The goal was to provide a holistic approach to the student lifecycle for the whole Faculty. Traction on Demand’s Recruitment and Admissions Accelerator provided them with an efficient way to get started with Education Cloud to achieve these goals.

  2. The ability to collect data in a meaningful way that’s shared across processes
  3. Each business unit’s individual needs are being addressed in their new system
