How Queen’s University uses technology to enhance relationship building

The Queen’s University Faculty of Education was in need of a way to maintain relationships with current, past, and future students, in a way that integrated across several business units. The goal was to provide a holistic approach to the student lifecycle for the whole Faculty. Now that the Faculty of Education is using Salesforce, they have the tech backbone to create lifelong relationships with their constituents through:
