Georgetown University uses Salesforce to address COVID-19

By leveraging Salesforce’s Work.com and Health Cloud, Georgetown has the tech backbone to seamlessly manage their operations and to help departments work together. Further, using Mulesoft to connect to existing campus and healthcare provider systems provides unprecedented coordination. Weaving together data and business processes provides GU the ability to collect data in a meaningful way that’s shared across business units. Ultimately, this helps departments work together to address the COVID-19 crisis.

Because of the work Traction on Demand did with Georgetown University, they received the Salesforce Partner Innovation Award for Higher Education in 2020.
