Today is a very special day for Traction on Demand (ToD), as we welcome the amazing team from Trineo, a leading New Zealand-based Salesforce implementation partner, into our community. I feel so fortunate to be sharing this news with all of our Tractionites and FoT’s (partners, stakeholders, current, and future customers.)
This acquisition marks the beginning of an exciting chapter for our community. We recognize that our success is a product of our people; welcoming this new group of highly-skilled, passionate, and diverse individuals into our community will bring immense added value to our culture, our work, and ultimately, our customers.
In 2019, when we first set out to service the Australian market, we decided to scale as ToD had in North America, which was through organic growth and our trust and belief in the potential of people. Now in 2021, our Sunshine Squad, led by our Managing Director of Australia, Samantha Turley, has expanded to 16 Tractionites, including three team members in Jaipur, India. Our growth in Australia set the framework for us to continue expanding internationally, leading us to this exciting entrance into New Zealand. Traction on Demand + Trineo means that our customers will gain access to added Salesforce and bespoke development expertise, support and round-the-clock service.
This is not about growth. It’s about potential. Traction on Demand from day one was designed to be a people first organization. That is a commitment to helping people, empowering them to learn, explore, and always improve. It was values that led us to build a friendship with Abhinav. Over the last two years, we both began to recognize the potential in bringing our people together. The potential of both groups as one is incredible.

When we started this journey with Trineo to expand our global footprint and accelerate team growth in Australia and New Zealand, I was drawn to this incredible organization for several reasons:

- Bespoke capabilities: In addition to Heroku, Trineo’s bespoke digital product development capabilities include Slack, Identity, Okta/Auth0, and cloud agnostic solution delivery. This, alongside our product-incubation teams, will ultimately enhance the service potential of both teams, encouraging opportunities for creativity, while also making our services easily available to our customers, around the clock.
